Returns & Exchanges

At Ulanka, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange them in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a shipping mailer or protective carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your parcel at any authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
